Open Harmonise is an industry proven, open source Content, Asset and Metadata Management System. Developed to specifically to meet the challenges of heritage and educational organisations for sophisticated web sites and media projects, Open Harmonise is a server side application that works in conjunction with a web server to deliver your website and its associated functionality such as security and workflow.

In addition, Open Harmonise will provide the interoperability framework to allow the website to aggregate and syndicate content from and to third party websites using open standards such as OAI, SOAP, REST, RSS and WebDAV.

These standards are widely used throughout the industry and within the education, culture and heritage sectors; and in particular form the cornerstone of the Common Information Environment.
